The District bills annually in July.  Water usage is billed in arrears, while service for water, sewer, and garbage are billed in advance.

Payment can be made via check, ACH (via the link on your invoice), or credit card (will include a 2.5% processing fee).  Please note mail in our area can be quite slow; we also have a 24 hr drop box at our office.
