Construction Permits

The District requires permits for all new construction, additions, and/or remodels.  After applying for a permit with Placer County,  and once the plans have been signed off by North Tahoe Fire Protection District, we will require a $100 plan check fee, a full size copy of the site plan to keep for our files (complete with the NTFPD stamp), and a set of plans for review that clearly show all new/and or existing water and sewer lines.  Upon final completion we will also require a receipt from NTPFD for mitigation fees paid if applicable (see mitigation fee schedule).
