When purchasing or selling a home, there will not be any disruption in service.  Title Companies work with the District to pro-rate any monies due or paid in advance on behalf of the seller.  Upon close of escrow, the District will receive a copy of the Grant Deed from the title company, and we will transfer service effective the date of closing.  At that time we will send new customer information to the new homeowner.
