GENERAL NOTICE
Alpine Springs County Water District is requesting Bids for the construction of the
following Project:  Alpine Springs Tank Replacement Project

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Owner’s main office located at
270 Alpine Meadows Road, Alpine Meadows, CA 96146, until October 1, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:
Consisting of the replacement of 3 existing concrete water tanks, with 3 new welded
steel water tanks of similar size. The work includes, but is not limited to, the demolition of
the existing tanks, their foundation, and yard piping and valves, site work, replacement
of yard piping and valves around the tanks, installation of the tank foundations, the
tanks, their accessories, their communication system and appurtenances.
