Permits
The District requires permits for all new construction or remodels. After applying for a permit with Placer County, and once the plans have been signed off by North Tahoe Fire Protection District, we will require a $100 plan check fee, a receipt from NTPFD for mitigation fees paid (if applicable), a full size copy of the site plan to keep for our files, and a set of plans for review that clearly show all new/and or existing water and sewer lines.
If needed we will also collect fees for Tahoe-Truckee Sanitation Agency. Please see T-TSA fee schedule.
